The registration fee for delegates includes: Admission to all conference sessions and the Expo, all scheduled meals and coffee breaks as well as the Welcome Cocktail Boat Cruise and the Gala Dinner.

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes: Accompanying Persons Tours, Welcome Cocktail Boat Cruise, Gala Dinner

Confirmation

A confirmation letter will be sent to all persons registered for the conference, on receipt of the registration and payment.


Invoice

Invoices for the registration fees will be sent to you by post on your request. Please indicate clearly the name and address to which the invoice should be sent.


Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing only to FEICA: registration@feica-conferences.com Cancellations are accepted until July 15, 2012 with a refund of 50%. No refunds will be given for cancellations after this date. Please note that all refunds will be made after the conference.


Changes in the Conference Programme

No refund will be given for all or part of the registration fee in the event of cancellation by speakers or other changes in the main conference programme.
