1. Sponsorship Golden Package - SOLD OUT

The sponsoring package will include:

1) Free Conference entrance.
2 free Conference tickets to the WAC2012 Conference & Exhibition.

2) Free room for internal meetings.
A dedicated private meeting room for two days at the Conference premises Marriott Rive Gauche – Paris, France will be made available for two days. The meeting room is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 24 persons. A very convenient and effective way to organize your internal corporate meeting.

Please note that only a very limited number of meeting rooms are available at the hotel.

3) Free Booth at the Exhibition.
A free booth space (9 square meters) at the Exhibition.

4) Raise your visibility.
Your company logo will appear on the following communication materials as part of the promotional campaign starting in April 2012:
  1. All printed material connected to the Conference;
  2. The WAC2012 Conference Website: www.wac2012.org .
At the Conference venue, sponsor logos will appear on various supports for the entire duration of the conference.

5) Invitations for your customers and prospects.
The package also allows you to buy up to 10 Conference entrance tickets with a discount of 25%. FEICA will take responsibility for handling registration of such tickets.

6) A reserved table with your company logo for 2 lunches.
An ideal opportunity to meet and network with key contacts during a served lunch. Table up to 10 persons can be accommodated.

The sponsoring package will include:
