The World Adhesive & Sealant Conference 2012 has brought together in Paris over 900 delegates from over 42 countries representing 362 companies to discuss the future of the Adhesive and Sealant industry.
“Our industry is in good shape and we are optimistic for its future” said Dr. Ramón Bacardit, President of FEICA in his opening speech, “We need to shape up our future by urgently addressing the following challenges: endorsing the principles of sustainability, sort out the raw materials shortages, accelerate and enlarge the technology innovation and find new fields for value creation.”
Jean Fayolle (Henkel), Bernard Pinatel (Bostik), Dr. Urs Maeder (Sika) and Jim Owens (H.B. Fuller) provided in their keynote speeches comprehensive and creative insights how to shape up our future. All WAC2012 proceedings are available for download via a secured link for delegates only.
The exhibition with over 50 companies around the world throughout the entire value chain proved to be a busy arena for business and networking.
“Creating the future” doesn’t stop after the WAC2012 is over. We hope you will continuously benefit from the findings the WAC2012 programme has offered and the people you have met to sustainably build your business!
FEICA thanks the co-organizers, the sponsors, media partners, speakers and moderators, the exhibitors and most importantly you, the participants for the success of the WAC2012.
